Hello, I'm Sasha!
I am an Architect based just outside London, in Redhill. I started SPARC Space because I believe Architecture and Interiors services should be accessible to all homeowners. In my opinion, real value in property can be created through good design.
Value is a word which has many meanings to different people.
Fundamentally, I believe that value is created by altering an environment to positively impact the lives of those who occupy it.
To achieve this, I centre my design process around getting to know my clients, to understand their lifestyle and requirements; this enables me to prepare suitable designs which are bright, efficient and bespoke to you and your budget.
Whether it’s an extension to create more family space, an interior refurbishment to your property, or applying for a planning approval to increase the financial value of your property before you go on to sell it; these are all bespoke designs and services I can provide.
I am an ARB registered Architect and also a member of the RIBA.
I focus my projects in East Surrey and South West London, although I am open to discussing interesting projects further afield.

My design approach always starts with a conversation, to listen and interpret your brief for the project. A strong collaboration between designer and clients always results in the most practical and authentic scheme. I have worked successful with private residential clients, but also directly with contractors and developers.
